the location was unbeatable. i walked to the duomo in just minutes. the provided room amenities were also high quality (i liked the bathrobes). the staff was always willing to help with directions and recommendations.

the elevator could sometimes be slow during peak hours, but i understand that's a minor inconvenience.

The executive junior suite had ample space and a seating area. It was nice to have room to move. the bathroom included premium toiletries and a separate shower. the room also offered a stocked minibar with a variety of beverages.

The staff was kind and helpful. They were ALWAYS smiling. The hotel itself is very well located, central, and easy to reach. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I was REALLY lucky to be upgraded to a Suite thanks to a wonderful staff who noted it was my birthday.

The door to our room looked as if someone had tried to jimmy the lock. It was a bit disconcerting.
